SICLR violated

Arnold Zwicky discusses the Sentence-Initial Capital-Letter Rule (SICLR) again. At the same time, a long-awaited article by Elisabeth Villalta appears on-line first in L&P and contains a violation of the SICLR:

I like this much better than capitalizing the “v”. Thanks, Springer. [On the other hand, as usual, boo to Springer for messing up the alphabetization in the bibliography: this time, to boot, the vons come strangely just before Villalta.]
